Our optimization software
We have been actively developing a C++ nonlinear optimization software suitable for data fitting problems. The software is called Unfit and is available on GitHub. You can
- Get Unfit by cloning the repository (git clone https://github.com/ComputationalBioLab/Unfit.git) or download the latest stable release in zip or tar.gz format
